The differences are that those acts that were done to that lady, which were horrible and evil. Those perps are getting justice and will get hit with everything the law can throw at them.
What you're not understanding is that certain communities have a population that gets a killing like this every so many months. The frustration comes in when there is video evidence of a cop putting 4-6 slugs in a man chest and there is people already saying he was doing his job.
Those cops can call it a career... That won't be easy to explain

They shot him because he was trying to reach for his firearm ( which he possesed illegally ) to shoot the cops , what is so hard to understand about that ....
