Man, some people are just fricked up

A West Virginia man who police say beat his mother with a spatula after huffing paint is facing a malicious wounding charge.

WCHS-TV cited a criminal complaint in reporting that 30-year-old Glenn Allen Casdorph of St. Albans was arrested Friday. The complaint says police responded to a complaint Thursday of a domestic incident with injuries and found Casdorph in the front yard with a large amount of silver paint on his face and hands and a large steel bar in his hands.

Police say his mother was inside the home with a head wound.

This isn't news in West Virginia.

Unfortunately, you are right. I would hate to know my life was so bad that I would have to huff paint.

Eta: I wonder if he yelled "witness me" before attacking with the spatula.

Why did the police need to flip out over this and arrest him?

West Virginia is a pretty fricked up state.

A company I use to work for had an office in West Virginia and I was in communication with a few of them on a regular basis. They were good people, but there was something about even the better educated.. higher class types that was different. Can't explain it.

One of them was a pill addict and I don't know how they ran shite over there, but she got fired from the department I interacted with her in, she sends me an email telling me she was fired from that department but was hired by another department, which was right next to the department she was fired from so that she was still in contact with everyone..

Several months later she emails me that she was now in another department right across the hall from where she was before. She got fired for coming in at different times, all the time. I don't know if that was just how things went in WV, but they just did things a little different.

Absolutely no evidence he was huffing paint. He should easily be able to get off of this one.
