West Monroe man facing 30 cts. of molestation arrested for violating protective order

WEST MONROE, La. (KNOE) - Authorities have once again arrested a West Monroe man who is facing 30 counts of molestation of a juvenile and a charge of video voyeurism.
Tommy William Manchester was arrested this week by the Ouachita Parish Sheriff's Office after he was spotted in the company of the victim of those alleged crimes.
According to court documents, a protective order is in place making it illegal for Tommy Manchester to be around the teenage victim. Those same documents indicate that he was seen with the victim at a Chevron on Washington Street.
Sheriff's deputies say the victim initially denied she was in the company of Manchester, but store video indicted otherwise.
