He already lives in North America Zimbabwe. It's called Jackson, Mississippi.
Exactly. Federal money is the only thing that will keep that dump from completely dissolving into a third-world city. The tax base will continue to move to the suburbs--Madison, Flowood, Brandon, etc.
The guy won with 93% of the vote. Jackson is lost.

Jackson has probably been fricked since State and Ole Miss quit playing their big games there. As a Boy Scout I ushered games there in the late 60's and early 70's. Every other year they had a Bama vs State and LSU vs Ole Miss double header. We got two free hot dogs and a coke between games.
If I remember correctly, they quit playing those games there because they couldn't bring in recruits for OV's when they played there. That was back when Bear Bryant got all of the many highly ranked Batesville kids. I think they were SPU back then.??
SPU existed more recently, but is no longer a dominant HS program.
As for Jackson, changes could have been made as recently as the 1990's that would have helped it steer clear from what it is today, a jumbo pot grotesqerie of poverty pimpin, and inharmonious dysfunction. There's nothing quite like it, almost, but not quite.
