Weird stuff in front of my house today

Some lady hanging on outside of a van, the van is speeding down the street, blows a stop sign. The lady is yelling "Stop!"

AC unprotected, weed eating is way too short, killing grass.

My aunt posted about this on Facebook, recently. It's a new gang initiation technique. They drive down streets like this, and they execute anyone who tries to intervene or contact the authorities.

The landscaping is non existent. It's probably a repo house in a neighborhood that's seen better days

I have questions: where is this stop sign, Sir? How do you know what occurred out of frame? Were you on-scene and are you lying to your wife about what you know?
