Wednesday Night Wrestling Wars Thread: Ride the WARHORSE Edition

All may not be lost for Aleister Black. As I said on Monday... apparently Vince wasn't all in on Black and was going to kill his push. But now it's come out that Vince loves what the man can do in the ring, but isn't a fan of the character.

As such... the "eye injury" he suffered on Raw the other night may just write him off for long enough to develop a new gimmick and repackage himself in a way that Vince may enjoy and lead him to a push to the top.

By the way... Jon Moxley in a roundabout way called Vince a "74 year old madman"

The rebirth of the Nation of Domination seems to have suddenly been scrapped. Smart move there

EC3 wanted to work with Drake Maverick in WWE... but like 99% of the ideas pitched to Vince... even though EC3 thought Vince was behind it... that thought died in Vince's office

There's some crazy ideas being thrown about for SummerSlam that could possibly exclude the WWE Performance Center. One of the biggest ideas being thrown around is possibly having the show on a boat/ship or on a beach (like... say... a Bash at the... oh wait... AEW has that trademark now... oops)

MJF will be allowed to give a "State of the Industry" speech... that'll be entertaining

"The American Nightmare" Cody Rhodes defends the AEW TNT Championship against indie wrestling darling WARHORSE

AEW World Champion Jon Moxley & Darby Allin, who apparently wasn't too badly concussed on last week's show... will take on Taz's Minions of Brian Cage & Ricky Starks

And AEW Women's Champion Hikaru Shida faces off against Diamante
