Wednesday Night Wrestling Wars Thread: Bubbly & Tropical Fruit Edition

So... before we get onto the preview for tonight's show there's some big WWE breaking news from last night... Sami Zayn has been stripped of the Intercontinental Championship and a tournament to crown a new IC Champ will start in about 48 hours on this week's Friday Night Smackdown
Also... next Friday night's Smackdown and the potential Double or Nothing thread next Saturday may have to be started by someone else b/c I will be visiting my family in NOLA to celebrate my nephew's birthday
Now onto tonight's previews
AEW Dynamite is live from Daily's Place in Jacksonville, Fla.
MJF returns to action to face a jobber I'm sure... I mean he nearly died twice... from a horrible hang nail and terrible shaving accident
"The Exalted One" Brodie Lee will probably use some hand sanitizer as he crushes Christopher Daniels... will Mox attack? answer - yes
A pair of dinosaurs take on some Best Friends
women's four corners match - Hikaru Shida vs. Penelope Ford vs. Kris Statlander vs. Dr. Britt Baker
Chris Jericho faces off against "Pineapple Pete" Suge D
the 0-1 tag team of Matt Hardy & Kenny Omega face off against Proud & Powerful of Inner Circle... God-willing it'll be as fun as last week's main event match

NXT on USA is from Full Sail University in Winter Park, Fla., and I believe it was pre-taped earlier this week (maybe even today)
Finn Balor's hunt for the person who tried to kill him is put on hold for a minute to take on Cameron Grimes in a battle of foot stomp finishers
The makeshift version of the Broserweights... Matt Riddle & Timothy Thatcher... defend the NXT Tag Team Championships against Imperium's Fabian Aichner & Marcel Barthel
Rhea Ripley has something to say that may set her up for a match against either Charlotte Flair for the title again or Io Shirai... or both
Triple H & HBK Shawn Michaels have a "major" announcement to make during tonight's show

NWA put out the go home show for the Crockett Cup yesterday. Next week they're starting a new show called Carnyland until they can get back to filming. No idea what that is but Corgan seems excited.

as I've noted the last few weeks of WWE threads... Sami Zayn has gone into COVID hiding... he hasn't been on TV since 'Mania and why Nakamura & Cesaro are now trapped in the Baron Corbin mid-card vortex of evil... and WWE wants its titles on TV
odd though that WWE has allowed Jordan Devlin to maintain the WWE/NXT Cruiserweight Championship while just crowning an interim Cruiserweight Champion until Devlin can return from England
meanwhile they just strip Zayn straight of the IC belt while he's home for the virus

Dr. Baker may be the only one who can help Tony out. I saw those teeth in that pic they showed last week. It wasn't a pretty sight.
