Wednesday Night Wrestling Wars Thread: Bash at the Beach Edition

It's the middle of January and yet we're thinking of surf, sand, chicks in bikinis, and Hulk Hogan turning on Randy Savage to join the nWo
AEW Dynamite tonight is a Bash at the Beach themed show live from the Watsco Center in Miami, Fla. (and a reminder that next week's show will be taped on the Cruise of Jericho so it will NOT be live)
The Spanish God was not happy to see Jon Moxley turn down the Inner Circle's offer to join them last week, so tonight Sammy Guevara will take on the former Dean Ambrose... and maybe that sweet car will be involved too
Darby Allin takes on the Bastard PAC in what should be a stiff fight
Kris Statlander & Hikaru Shida take on the female Dark Order aka Nightmare Collective
QT Marshall, "The Natural" Dustin Rhodes, & Diamond Dallas Page take on MJF, the Butcher, & the Blade
speaking of MJF... "The American Nightmare" Cody Rhodes (& Arn Anderson) has some more to say about what MJF said last week

Triple Threat Match tonight to see who will be part of a fatal 4-way for the WWE Cruiserweight Championship at Worlds Collide... Lio Rush vs. Isaiah "Swerve" Scott vs. Tyler Breeze
Undisputed ERA... and its experience of invasions... invaded NXT: UK recently... will NXT: UK have any reprisal for Cole/Strong/Fish/O'Reilly?

Bad news for AEW haters, Warner Media extended their contract through 2023 for $175 million total, about $45 million a year. They're getting a new hour long show too which may or may not end up on HBO Max.

not surprising that AEW got extended by TNT... TNT only asked for 500,000 viewers weekly when Dynamite started... and even on AEW's worse day it still drew > 600,000 viewers
so AEW's beating TNT's expectations... and usually by quite a bit

Dynamite's ratings are actually not far behind the NBA and I'm guessing TNT is paying a whole lot more for those rights

I normally hate multi team tag matches but this has been a blast, minus the usual AEW cameras missing big spots.
