His net worth was just under a billion when he sold Davison Trucking, since then he's been playing around with stuff that might be fun, but don't necessarily increase his net worth, like Squire Creek and a horse farm in Kentucky.

Some people consider him kind of a dick, FWIW.

Don't think this is very accurate.

I would suspect that the Tiffin and Anderson families are both worth more than 1B in Alabama.
