From Essen to past Sherwood. All lanes closed down to far left lane. Not a smidgen of construction going on.
Why the closure?

I would have rather seen construction.
Instead it was just an entire interstate closed with not so much as a single vehicle on the other side of the barricades.
Finally I said screw it and hopped through the cones and just took off. Several people joined after me.
