Our company recently parted ways with our box printing company because they were very inefficient, but we own the dyes- so we have them now. We have a good bit of stock which allows us to experiment with potentially stamping our logo onto the boxes at our shop. The dyes made of rubber. Now we want to try printing our own boxes. Currently we use 12" x 12" x 12" boxes and 8" x 8" x 8" boxes and have dyes for both. Any suggestions on a press system or how to go about doing this?

I'd appreciate any help here

Thanks in advance and

Find another box printing company and sell them your dye.

Concentrate on what you all do as the core business.

You don't print your own business cards or build your own computers in-house do you?

We are in oil & gas... trust me, we have time on our hands. I don't see a problem with reducing printing costs by doing it ourselves. Especially if it isn't a big process

If you have so much time, think Iona Monastery in 800:

Put on some Gregorian chants and do it by hand.

Not sure about the printing system, but one of our business units is the largest corrugated fiberboard ink manufacturer in the US.
