I feel kind of bad for him. He has an obvious speech disorder and may have a developmental delay. On second thought I feel a lot bad for him. He and his family obviously lost a lot.

my wife's grandma's house is literally Exactly due west in that neighborhood he's reporting from. probably less than a mile away. she was looking outside when tornado passed over, she said it was screaming... by the time she knew it was there, it was already gone. i guess it skipped over her house a bit but she still had roof damage, other homes not so much... got much worse.
