?That wouldn’t have happened in the 504.. letting him in the house?

these Waukesha people are a lot nicer than anyone I know
I wouldn't have let a strange dude use my phone... let alone let him into my house and make him a sandwich

Richie Cunningham didn't realize he was about to become involved in something like this...

certainly not Happy Days for Darrell Brooks

This witness is sharp and figured out things would go quicker for him if he didn't refer to Brooks by name.

the fact that we were through 3 witnesses prior to morning break might have us on world record pace for this trial

This guy needs to tighten up his answers.

It’s kind of surprising how nervous some of these witnesses seem. I’m sure it’s stressful but several have seemed to get pretty flustered by Brooks stupid questions.

His domestic violence past almost got brought into play. The Judge squashed it.
Brooks asked the witness: "did you learn anything about the suspect after the fact" (something like that)
The witness said "I learned about his crim---" and the Judge said "We're not going there".

Brooks is asking a lot of questions of this witness that is allowing in a lot of hearsay evidence that is detrimental to Brooks' case
prosecution obviously won't object to it

It has been a relief not to hear that same objection over and over again for a while.
I would never had let a guy looking like Brooks into my home. I wouldn't have opened the door at all.

what I'm shocked by is I believe it's legal in this case for all witnesses to watch the testimony of the other witnesses
Brooks' attorneys would've known to request a sequestration of witnesses (so they don't watch the other testimony)... but since Brooks isn't a lawyer... I don't think he did that
