They show a call where a guy had overdosed on herion.. the girl he was with was freaking out, crying.. the works. The paramedics show up hit him with narcan and he comes to like nothing happens.. him and his skank will probably be back in the same spot next week shooting up..
Why the hell do they help these people? Honestly what would save more lives is showing people like the girl friends that there are consequences. We should not waste money in narcan

At a certain point you can only be saved from Darwin so many times.
Should people be given unlimited Narcan? Because many people get it multiple times within months of each other. How many times should the government be responsible for saving someone from themselves?

It is quite expensive to employ and equip all of the people that have to be involved in getting Narcan to the drug abusers.
Am I, as a responsible citizen who does not do drugs, expected to foot the bill for saving these miscreants in perpetuity?
