I was at LSU during the Dinardo years. I graduated in the summer of 2000 I believe.

Right on. They had a huge party the night before at those shitty apartments outside Northgate. They burned a Saban effigy, had a mini Mardi gras through the parking lot with beads and shite. 20 kegs of beer. It was insanely Louisiana.

We used to get kegs across the street from Tigerland at a store. I can't remember the name but right by the main entrance. We'd get the guy to put Bud Light taps on the keg but fill it with Natty and charge everyone $10 for drinking

Used to have a gas station that served minors all the time (saw them sell a pack of smokes to a 10 year old for her mom who wasn’t present), but they would get busted every once and a while and would “crack down”
So he gave me shite 1 time and kept asking for ID and I just acted like I didn’t understand him (foreign), and set money down and grabbed the beer and walked out
He didn’t say anything and just took the cash. He was behind a bulletproof casing so he wasn’t going to make it to me if he tried

we did this at Kroger in high school. we’d make a few runs inside putting tall boys in our letterman jacket pockets cause they fit to where you could hide them with your arms I guess. after a few weeks of doing it though one store manager yelled out of the door that he’d call the cops if we came back. so we never went back. never left money.

We had a buddy doing it and another buddy did the classic lick the car doors and drive 10 feet every time our buddy got close.
He freaked out thinking he was gonna get arrested and ran into the woods behind the gas station and called us like 15 minutes later he was hiding in some neighborhood. Full case of beer in his hands.
