Waffle House gunman stole BMW last Tuesday in Brentwood

He went to dealership to look at cars but would not give salesman his ID. He left but came back and stole the car. Police chase ensued, but cops called off pursuit because they knew the car had GPS. The cops later recovered car at gunman's apartment complex. They did not know who stole it. Live news says they think they just spotted gunman from helicopter. Police swarming area.
