You can when a professional athlete's body weight is common knowledge and tolerance as absolutely nothing to do with someone's BAC. He may be a faster or slower metabolizer, but it wouldn't make enough of a difference. I don't think a BAC over 1.0 has ever been recorded from someone who survived. The average person would die around .5%.
