W-2’s for other individuals sent to my house (and potential fraud?)

So I regularly get mail from an individual who used to live in my home. It’s mostly been junk mail and I just throw it away. I’m not sure what my obligation is to do with that mail, tbh so that’s one question I have.

Today, though, I received what appears to be four different W-2’s. One of which, is to the individual who I regularly get mail for and used to live here; the other 3 are 3 different individuals with the same company. So my question for this is two fold:

1) what do I do with the W-2’s?

2) Do I contact the company and let them know about a potential payroll fraud scheme? I mean 4 different individuals, all within the same company, all with the same address. 3 of which I’ve never gotten mail for in the 6+ months of living here. I bought the home off of a couple who rented it out for a few years, so it’s possible that 4 roommates lived here and worked at the same company and never updated their address - but it seems unlikely given I haven’t ever received anything for the other 3.
