voice recognition software

do any of ya'll use voice recognition software to do your typing?...i am old and losing the ability to type(never really had it too good) and i want to continue to frequent websites like these, but i need to go this route if its not too complicated....i just don't know shite about...any advice or help is appreciated

I've heard of people using Dragon before. Don't know much about it.

i actually have a program already on my computer, and i have looked at dragon, but the problem is that i am not sure what i need, other than a good microphone
