Using 7x35 binoculars. Located just above horizon in NW sky directly below the big dipper.

I'm in North Texas about 50 miles SW of Ft Worth. It's very faint and city lights will completely wash it out.

Pretty sure that was the case for us. Tried binoculars and a small telescope. No luck. At least the mosquitoes got a snack tonight!

Was able to see it tonight at LSU lakes on Stanford. It was below the lower left star of the Big Dipper. Binoculars are a must as it’s faint with the light pollution. It didn’t help that the stadium light were on. If you go to the right side of the park, you will find it a bit left and up from the tower with three red lights.
