Every Dr and nurse in Dallas state the back of his head was missing. They were threatened not to reveal that.

Google “Zapruder Film Close up Stable(HIGH QUALITY) on Make a Gif” and zoom in. You can clearly see the damage area is not the back of his head.

It's not even a question if they did or didn't. Go look at the op 40 team members in a group photo in mexico city with Barry Seal. The Lee Harvey Oswald lookalike is seated first on the right that they had so called pictures of.
