Well he plead guilty to some of the charges.
He entered a pre trial diversion for another.
Why don’t you read before trying to win a “gotcha” argument.

Here are 2 charges he was found guilty of.

Dick was convicted of misdemeanor charges of battery and lewd conduct for the accusation that he groped the buttocks of a stranger as well as making inappropriate comments to her. When the allegations were initially made, Dick denied any involvement. In 2008, he plead guilty to misdemeanor battery charges after yanking down a teen’s shirt, revealing her chest. He was arrested in January 2010 in West Virginia on charges of sexual abuse and allegedly groping a patron and bartender.

I've never done that.
This thread is full of people jumping to conclusions and grasping at straws to justify this dude getting sucker punched. There's zero evidence he did anything to provoke it other than him being a scumbag in the past.
I don't give two shits about him, I just call people out for making wild claims without evidence to support it. That's "what I do" moreso than defend anyone.

I'm not the DA. He was charged with misdemeanor battery, not any kind of sexual assault charge.

I've done two things:
1. Argued he's not liable for the murder suicide of Phil Hartman by his wife just because he gave her some coke and she went crazy 5 months later.
2. Argued his past of being a douche/creep doesn't mean it's okay for the guy to walk up and sucker punch him and doesn't mean (without any evidence) we can say he said something or groped someone.
But sure, reduce that to "hurr durr defend your butt buddy!" I honestly thought you were smarter than that. It's possible to say the things I have without defending him. I know this because I've done it in this thread.
