Great work as always. I struggle with the tracks on these types of models. Yours look excellent.

Thanks. These are your standard soft rubbery plastic tracks. I like that they’re quick and easy to do, but they don’t give that realistic track sag look.

I like the like the look of tracks that you put together either one show at a time, or in sections. The ones that are one shoe at a time can be tedious to do and don’t always fit together that well, Dragon kits are notoriously bad in this regard. Some of the newer Tamiya kits have tracks that come in sections. They seem to offer the best of both worlds in that they don’t take forever, fit perfectly, and have realistic looking track sag.

Need to get back into it. I was pretty high on the German and American levels. I played with the Tiger 2 a lot but it had that major weak spot on the mantlet and you get 1 shotted by the higher BR Cold War tanks you had to play against. I think the sweet spot was the Tiger 1

I kind of felt like the sweet spots for German tanks were the SPGs - all of them. Almost every one of them can one-shot anything in front of it at its level or slightly above. A lot of experienced players like to play that little 15 CM pre-war SPG way above its battle rating for that reason. You even run into those things with early Cold War era tanks.

When I played WoT, I loved playing the German SPG line. The G.W. Panther was my favorite.
