UT footballers today Raleek Brown, Collin Simmons compared to Quarterback Manning last wk

Well I saw it live, Collin Simmons makes a great tackle for a 10 yard Tennessee loss jumps up and simulates peeing on the player he tackled for a 15 yard penalty.
Also Raleek Brown makes a touch down and handles his balls, sniffs and does a back flop pass out.
Last week the quarterback Manning shrugged off a female reporter and caught holy hell, requiring several apologies.
Which is more offensive? Do we have two sets of discipline standards required by the sports media?
Todays activity needs to be addressed by the University and the head football coach very publicly to establish what on field decorum represents texas values.
