My dad is the union lead at his refinery and texted me the USW reached a 4 year NOBP settlement that includes wage increases, no retrogression, improvements of fatigue and routine maintenance.

Not sure how long your vacations are, but 3+ weeks is more than "mini" to me. Ha, I know what you mean man.

I spoke with a Shell convent employee today that has been stuck inside the plant. He said there was no agreement in the near future. Im wondering if those salary guys stuck in the plant are getting compensated...? anyone know?

Per the union an agreement has been reached. Union still has to have a vote on it.
