The Pearl Harbor memorial is an amazing and life changing experience
I did a Westpac on the USS Tarawa and we hit port in Pearl Harbor twice, the 1st time i went to see the Arizona was right at sunset and there was almost nobody there, I can still remember how calm the water was and seeing the oil come the surface, there must have been around 300 Marines and Sailors that showed up that later that evening
nobody ever said a word when they see it
