I watched a documentary about the guys US servicemen who defected back in the 60's. They did the exact same thing. One had sons and now they've been brainwashed to spread propaganda in NK. Good doc if you can find it.
This guy might be too dumb to be useful to NK. The others taught English to Korean spies and probably handed over useful info about the US military along with making the propaganda movies. I dont think this guy will last long unless the US government intervenes. He'll be a bargaining chip for whatever the US is willing to give for him- which will be way too much with the clowns we have running things.
