Didn't you just call someone else out for reaching? You may want to slow down.

Anyone who rides their bike on the 5 lane portion of Perkins road--at any time of day, much less 10 or 10:30 pm--is playing Russian Roulette. Those bike riders could have easily been hit by a priest driving home from his illicit affair with a gay hooker, or a family coming home after a fine meal at Olive Garden.

Holy shite...are you dumb enough to think there wasn't just a tinge of hyperbole in there? Wow.
Hyperbole is a tool for the rational to highlight a point. Thank you for admitting you use it to look like a moron.
So what's the point you tried to make with that exaggeration? That there should be punishment for being a defense attorney? Can't be because that would still be fricking stupid.
Maybe explain your position without Hyperbole, winner.
I wonder how many people with your incredible logic refused counsel when they needed it.

No, but you're the one claiming it's absurd to think the bikers have zero fault here.

It's a shame this had to be explained to you, but perhaps you're more consumed with personal attacks on me than you are with the matter at hand.

They can have the entire lane. 3' is the rule for cars passing cyclists.

No.

So, what? I still think he's a POS for even remotely insinuating that the victims are at fault because they smoked weed sometime within the past month. It isn't as if they had pockets full of drugs.

Yes, and that has been interpreted that cyclists can take the entire lane as it's practical from a safety standpoint.

Terrific assumption.

Terrific assumption. You should just stop posting now, unless you feel like continuing to look like the village idiot.

It's a shame your irrelevant opinion had to explained to me? Fascinating.
If a defense attorney does his job within the bounds of the law, to call him a scumbag is an emotional and, at best, hypocritical plea. And anyone who can't concede that his position is irrational and full of emotion and slanders an entire profession in the process, deserves what he gets.
Sorry for hurting your feelings. In my defense, they were strewn around this thread and we're bound to be damaged.

Just wait until you get busted breaking a law or even worse, falsely accused of something. The first person you will call crying will who? Thats right a criminal defense attorney to protect your arse. Be thankful of our justice system.

And how about maintaining speed with the flow of traffic? Perkins has a higher speed limit than most cyclists would ever be capable of going. How safe is it to block traffic?
