It's safe to say they after reading this article, Dytarsha knows whose corrupt palms to grease.
Again, how does someone as dumb as Grimace have a job, especially one where she gets to decide how $80 million in taxpayer dollars is going to be spent. It's a shame what her fat arse tried to do to the Plummer family.
