If you peel the onion back with test score performance, usually what a high test score is showing, is less on your academic preparedness and ability and more on the degree attainment of your parents and the family income

Parents who are more likely to invest in their kids either with more personal time and/or money for Prep courses. ACT/SATs do measure knowledge to some degree but a huge part of high scores is also knowing test taking strategies.

Depends on the employer.

Pretty sure my ex-boss had a degree from Phoenix and they didn’t accept it as an accredited degree, meaning they had to appoint someone who was nominally her boss (and an incompetent a-hole) to take the official duties that he delegated right back to her.

Because they don’t want Asians either and Asians kick the shite out of every other group when it comes to test scores and GPA.
