Lawyer get 40% no money enough to pay off the 1000's of your girls victimized. Nassar and both those Russians can burn in hell. Went on for decades...makes Penn Sate look like a minor offense- although of course that was terrible too

That $100M appears to be the part that the Dept of Justice is paying due to the FBI's failure to respond to the allegations
quote:

Nearly three years after a Justice Department report criticized FBI officials in Indianapolis for failing to respond to allegations of abuse by former USA Gymnastics team doctor Larry Nassar, the department has agreed to pay $100 million to more than 100 survivors who came forward, according to a person familiar with the matter.

Total settlement is over $1B
quote:

The settlement, which has not been finalized or officially confirmed but was reported by The Wall Street Journal, also brings the liability payouts in legal cases brought by Nassar's victims to nearly $1 billion.

They can be, but I believe you have to request permission to sue them.

May all those from Michigan State who covered up Rachael Denhollander's report in 2000 and the other Michigan State student who filed a complaint in 1998 also burn in hell with them. They allowed hundreds more to be abused.

There is no amount of money that can fix what he did.

I remember watching Nassar's initial interrogation. It's a blueprint on what not to do. Instead of requesting an attorney and stfu, he started detailing his "through the pussy" chiro cracking technique, even making the finger-banging hand gestures.

So in 15ish years from now, how much are the people falsely imprisoned for the "insurrection" going to win off of the FBI?
