true, I don't think the bean counters that have Boeing in a stranglehold give a rat's arse, and really neither does the public, they're just looking for the cheapest ticket price

it's always been a curious thing to me, that in mergers/takeovers, that the weakest side with the least to offer usually ends up running the show, at least in this biz

That was going to be my next point. You 'acquire/merge' with a shite company and the people who made it a shite company gets high management positions in the successful company.

If it’s the airline I am pretty sure that I am thinking about they did stuff or had incidents that you would think only happened in movies or tv shows.
