its not a plow.. its a water cannon truck.. that black rectangle is a banner hanging from above.. its black cause it got covered in ash

If you first go to Kiev, there is a river running approx N-S through the city. Hunt around until you find a stadium on the west bank of the river. The area in question is the major street just west of that stadium. There is a long building on the west side of the street and a smaller isolated one across the street from that. That's where the protesters are. The militia/police/whatever are south of the 3-way intersection.
