she isnt mentally competent enough to consent then it should be simple enough to discredit her in testimony court should she rat him out. How else they gonna prove he fricked her?

A man doesn’t have the right to have sex with his wife just because they’re married. Marriage doesn’t give you a free pass to rape someone. His wife is losing the mental capacity to consent to sex and you guys are seriously saying that the court is wrong for this potential judgement.
