I know of families that have had their kids there since kindergarten and pulled them out recently in the middle of high school. That’s how bad it was for them. They switched schools with only two years remaining. They had to bite the bullet and pay substantially more to go elsewhere but they couldn’t deal with the BS there any longer.

The interim Director is an Assistant Dean within the College of Human Sciences and Education. The higher ups at LSU asked him to step in temporarily until an official search could be conducted. He and his wife graduated from U-High, his siblings graduated from there, his parents graduated from there, and his kids go there. He does really care about the staff and school and really wants to help the staff get things turned around before a full-time director is found.

Exactly. 30+ kids leaving in a grade is 25% of the class. People are pulling them because they are not happy.
