My brothers and I are going to make an offer on this one. Plan to restore it and surprise gift it to our grampa.

Imagine holding onto a decaying Edsel in your suburban back yard for 65 years.

Brah, do not restore an Edsel.

They are not worth it.

Find someone else who beat you to foolishly restoring an Edsel and buy their mistake.

They’ll be thrilled to be rid of their four-wheeled turd.

Here’s a $17k Ranger

They drive out terribly, they’re uncomfortable, they’re not collectible, there’s a reason they didn’t sell, in a word they’re losers.

Your grandpa will likely take you out of his will.

Not our choice. I think it does rightfully belong in this thread.
Gramps had one a long time ago. It means a lot to him.

Nissan Titans, esp the earlier models. Look like genital warts on wheels.

IIRC it was insanely expensive. Like $100k-$200k in today’s dollars.

Best friend in HS had that Fairmont. We went through an intersection one time and some idiot didn't yield and turned left as we were crossing straight. My buddy slammed on the brakes and three of the hubcaps popped off and rolled into the 7-11 on the corner. One of them made it up to the door. I almost threw up I was laughing so hard. Car had red velour interior and was faded red on the outside. All we needed were some platform shoes with goldfish in them.

No question, something made by TVR. Far too many abominations to choose from.
