Interesting. I live in BR and last week, probably the same day and around 9:30 pm, I looked out my kitchen window and saw a weird light descending from the sky. My initial thought was that it was a flare, but after a few seconds the light started flashing like a strobe light really brightly and then made an immediate horizontal turn towards the north. I knew it wasn't a flare at that point, and the way it maneuvered was not like any plane or helicopter I have seen. I ran to get my phone to film it but by the time I got back it disappeared behind the tree line. I waited to see if it would come back but it didn't. After about a minute of waiting a helicopter came flying over my place in the direction of the light. Now, I don't think for one minute it was aliens, but it was definitely weird and different. My guess was that it was possibly somebody flying some kind of remote control helicopter or something like that. The fact somebody posted this on coast to coast am makes it more interesting though.

Btw the light I saw was definitely over the mid city area of BR.
