My daughter just had a bad breakup with her bf of 2 years. She was devastated at first. Her bf cheated on her. His parents loved my daughter they when over to my ex's and apologized to her for his actions. It broke my heart also but I was glad it happened. Hate to say it like that but teens don't have a clue what love is at that age. My daughter is into soccer and surfing and has moved on.

Yep. My mom had to work the concession stand at my little brother's fb game and saw her with another boy all night in the parking lot and going to the playground. While she's telling randy not to come to the game because she's having fun with her friends. Then she tells him the next day she's "fallen" for another boy

Now she's trying to friend zone him and I'm not going to let her use him that way

you actually worry that they'll start hanging with the wrong people and start doing some bad shite to compensate for getting dumped.

you can tell them that things will be better till you're blue in the face, and we know that things will get better, but they don't. you just hope nothing bad happens.
