teaching a kid to cheat is fricked up.
teaching a kid to use a bat as a weapon against another player is fricked up
the dangers of a kid taking a swing from a metal bat to his back and could have been back of neck head area is fricked up
coaches pretending like they didn't dindu nuffin is fricked up

To me, everythinng is a laughing matter. It's how I stay young. Sorry if you disagree, that is unfortunate.

Again, agreed. TO ME it looked as if the kid was contemplating it in his head when the coach walked away and he bent over to think.
He doesnt have nearly the strength to hurt that catch if he hit him as hard as he could with distance not being a factor. He hit him at very close proximity and the catcher had a uniform and close on. Again, when someone is in extreme pain you react immediately. The reaction looked delayed to me.
The coaches are indictive of their communites.

New Orleans monarchs 11u. This is a AAA team. That coach and kid knew exactly what they were doing.

They will get what they deserve eventually. It probably wont be what they want but it doesnt change they will be getting it.

They have a lot of folks front in center right now sowing a lot of bullshite on TV.
Hopefully that doesnt come back to bite them later on.

it was a bush league move in a competitive 11 year old aaa tournament. these aren't kids out there playing t ball not knowing what they are doing.

This is the 11U Monarchs against the 11U Jesters in an OTC(Real ahole fake holy roller owned promotion) tournament in Hammond.
The same coach coaches the 10u and 11u Monarchs. Some incredible athletes on both the teams with zero competent coaching. Even worse, they think they are great coaches. They play AAA and a lot of other coaches note older players slipping in and out on the team wearing other kids uniforms. They have no nuance and try to steal every play which works until you play a solid team. We picked them off on the base paths 13 times when we played them last season. It was most of the outs in the game.
This prefaces to say this was not intentional by the kid. He was inexperienced with bad coaches and it appeared he had no understanding of what they wanted or had ever practiced doing it.
These guys are the coaches that make folks hate travel ball. Note the Monarchs coach is the only one yelling in the video.
