They were probably talking about the north Saginaw area. Have you looked at Colleyville/Grapevine area? Great area to live in.

I plan on driving through Colleyville getting over to Dallas.

This is what you get in Grapevine/Colleyville that you won't get in the new suburbs....trees and wildlife.
