Traffic lights in Covington/madisonville are terrible

Who knows who I can call to get this fixed? It's like no one has ever thought to synchronize these things or put in sensors that would create better flow to intersections.

Traffic lights are a tool of the Patriarchy. Good luck changing them when they are backed by powerful men who only want to suppress women and minorities.

They won't fix them. They will wait until a steady stream of fed up people routinely run the light after waiting 2 minutes without opposing traffic in sight. Then they will start hiding in the bushes and writing tickets.
