Should charge with armed robbery.

People like this only understand harsh punishment. 6 months in prison and 5k fine each. Do it again and it's 5 years. We won't do that though.

The interesting thing about this is that the pepper spray GREATLY ENHANCED what this crime is. It is now ARMED ROBBERY …. Which carries a minimum sentence of 10 years and up to 99 years.

§64. Armed robbery
A. Armed robbery is the taking of anything of value belonging to another from the person of another or that is in the immediate control of another, by use of force or intimidation, while armed with a dangerous weapon.
B. Whoever commits the crime of armed robbery shall be imprisoned at hard labor for not less than ten years and for not more than ninety-nine years, without benefit of parole, probation, or suspension of sentence.

I can’t imagine working in that specific area of Siegen Lane.

all it takes is one carefully placed HUD apartment complex from grifters parish planners combined with a methadone clinic and it's like an aggressive formula that creates pancreatic cancer.

They won't even go to jail most likely, but they should.

There’s no way these vermin would be charged with armed robbery in EBRP if they were apprehended. The Kia more than likely didn’t have a license plate.

tPOS facing 2nd degree murder in EBRP are bonding out and removing ankle monitors and continue to kill. The city is practically lawless.

Pepper spray probably wouldn't be considered a dangerous weapon.

quote:

"Dangerous weapon" includes any gas, liquid or other substance or instrumentality, which, in the manner used, is calculated or likely to produce death or great bodily harm.

This should be fairly easy for the cops. The girl in the red ymca shirt- that’s an employee shirt. Cross reference the employee database and the creole Kia sedan girl’s social media.
