I would guess 75% of materials, but I put in my floors myself.

I paid $1.99 per sq/ft a couple of months ago, but this was in Georgia, but that was the best price I found in my area. You also want to see if the 1/4 round is included in that price or if it is a separate charge, mine was included in the installation cost. Go ahead and get you some mineral spirits to clean the glue off the walls and floors cause they are going to miss some.

I know some people at home depot that does it for $5/hour and a case of beer, real fast too
