Well the fact that it happened in the first place wouldn't change. And do you think leaving him parentless is going to make him feel very protected while they are behind bars?

And we know juries are often irrational.

Ok man. You handle it your way, and I'll handle it mine. Ok?

Which was my point for calling out your criticism of the parents in the first place. Well that and your tough guy act is old after two consecutive nights of it.

Saw this last night and I gotta admit, those images have bothered me since. Poor kid, just wanna give him a hug.

His expression and just the breadth of his marks, are so sad.

No tough guy act here bud. Any dad that comes home to a bruised up baby and don't kick sitters arse is not much of a man IMO.

And I'm sure your child would grow up and prefer that you were with him instead of behind bars. Giving the guy a beating I understand, but going to jail for murder because of vengeance is selfish. You can't protect your kid when you aren't there.

To be honest, I probably would kill the sob if they bruised up my baby.

Oregon's current law on child abuse (2012) makes it very difficult to file charges that involve victims who are unable to speak. This includes infants and toddlers, but also the victims with disabilities causing them to be non-verbal," organizers wrote in an online petition to change the laws. So far, the petition has 43,806 signers.
How the frick does this law make any god damn sense? Jesus.

Yeah, the first picture is heartbreaking.

I don't know that I wouldn't go the gumper's route and torture the guy. I would be insane with rage if I saw that.
