The white boy who started the fight was wrongfully docked where the Harriot II passenger riverboat had a reserved docking space. The Harriot II had passengers waiting on board for the boat to move. The passengers waited a long time for the boat to move. Then when the Captain of the Harriot II untied the boat in an attempt to move it, he was attacked.
Did the white boys not know that they were wrongfully occupying a reserved dock space for the riverboat passenger service Harriott II?
