Today marks three years since the Montgomery riverfront brawl that captured worldwide attention on Aug. 5, 2023.

The white boy who started the fight was wrongfully docked where the Harriot II passenger riverboat had a reserved docking space. The Harriot II had passengers waiting on board for the boat to move. The passengers waited a long time for the boat to move. Then when the Captain of the Harriot II untied the boat in an attempt to move it, he was attacked.
Did the white boys not know that they were wrongfully occupying a reserved dock space for the riverboat passenger service Harriott II?

Much of the video shows a group of white folks fighting with a group of black men in blue shirts. The crew of the Harriott II wear those blue shirts. The white folks were fighting with the Crew of the Riverboat Harriott II.

My only real issue was how many black people were celebrating a man hitting a woman with a chair while the woman was laying on the ground.
It's all part of the blurring of gender roles in America and the pansification of the American male.

Agreed, and that was uncalled for. Could have seriously injured her or worse. The man who swung it pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct.
Arrests
The pontoon boaters ignored repeated warnings to clear the Harriott II’s dock and then attacked co-captain Dameion Pickett when he tried to move their boat. Several participants pleaded guilty to assault or harassment charges; Reggie Ray, who swung the folding chair, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct.
Ultimately, five people were ultimately arrested and charged:
