Multiple people yesterday shopping with gloves and masks covering their mouth only.
Then have gall to stare me down when I get “too close” to them in the aisle.

Pretty comical considering you're refusing to realize that you just torched your stupid practice of wearing gloves to shop.

To prevent cross-contamination properly, you’d have to bring a box of gloves with you and change those gloves each time you touched something different...
But then you get to the check-out lane and see the cashier with gloves on- the same gloves they’ve probably had on since the beginning of their shift. They then touch all your items after having touched all the other people’s items that were in front of you.
And unless every one of those people who checked out before you also had a box of gloves and did the same thing to prevent cross contamination, then you’re fighting a losing battle...

I’m not sure about people being fat, but I think it will have a positive effect on general cleanliness.
