Tint removal in Mandeville

Need a descent place to get the tint removed from the front seat windows. I bought my truck used and wasn't told it would be a problem until I went to get the inspection sticker (brake tag for the morons).
Anyway, I want some place that won't frick up other things while removing it and also will be decently priced to get them retinted within legal limits. Thanks.

I want someone else doing it so it the windows are scratched they are liable. Also, it isn't the peel off kind otherwise I'd do it.

I removed tint myself.
Buy a steamer from somewhere like Walmart.
Watch a youtube video.

Maybe it is but it doesn't look like any tint I've ever dealt with.
