i re-read it. is this a typo? did they mean G vs MG in this or is this scientific-speak i'm not understanding

So if you want to hear better, start supplementing with Taurine. I suggest 2g split to start. It is dose dependent, but do not exceed 4g or so.


since the tablets come in 500mg and 1000mg doses i'm not sure if taking 2 a day is what matches up to that study.
