I think I may just try yoga and advil.

I don't believe in chiropractors and I'm sure as shite not having surgery unless I can't function.

Well for me surgery was the only option. I was taking 4-5 Percocet 10's per day and with the atrophy in my left arm it looked like an Ethiopian kids arm. I am lucky that I didn't get hooked on the pain pills but within one week of the surgery I was completely off of them.

Geez

I’m not there at all. I’m still fully functional and Aleve helps a lot.

I think my desk chair probably has something to do with it.
