I understand it was posted on the NY Post but if that was your sister, daughter, mother, niece, etc would you want to find out she died by looking at a photo where there are tire marks all over your family member's body?

Intentional. They've got security camera footage of the incident Online now from different buildings, it's disgusting. Dude pulls a 180 onto the sidewalk and hauls arse for about 2/3 blocks nailing a bunch of people. Then when he finally hits a barricade he ditches and tries to make a run for it. Definitely a malicious act.
